Cash payments should be made in person directly to a member of the Glowing Results team on or before the first session of your course.  Please do not send cash through the post, as this will be at your own risk.

We regret that we are currently unable to take payment by debit or credit card.

We continue to take enrolments up to the start of a course, provided we still have vacancies.

If a student is late or fails to attend a class which is held at the agreed and appointed time, that tuition time will be forfeited. However, every attempt will be made to ensure that the student receives hand-outs of the material covered so that the student can attempt to catch up on his or her own account. If a student informs us at the time of enrolment that they will have to miss one session, we may offer the course at a reduced price; however, this will be at Glowing Results' discretion.

In the highly unlikely event that a complete course is cancelled by Glowing Results, either a full refund will be made or a suitable and acceptable alternative will be offered.

In the case of an extraordinary event or circumstance (such as strike, crime, sudden illness or bereavement) beyond the control of Glowing Results, we reserve the right to cancel a particular class and make up the lesson on a different day or at a different time.  Every effort will of course be made to inform students as far in advance as possible.

Conditions of acceptance on a course

If you have taken IELTS before, we will need to see a copy of your most recent IELTS certificate to ensure that your English is of an approriate level. If not, we will need to meet you beforehand to give you a short speaking and writing test.  .

In the case of behaviour of such a nature that could severely disrupt the learning of fellow students, Glowing Results reserves the right to ask a student to leave a course.

 Disability

We ask students to declare any disability on the registration form to allow us to make appropriate provision or advise accordingly.

Wheelchair users are asked to let us know in advance so that the staff at our venue can ensure that the ramp is down and that a special evacuation chair is available in the unlikely event of fire or other emergency.
